Healthy Again

Very good to be feeling healthy again. After a 3 week stay in Adelaide a laproscopy, colonscopy and endoscopy they didn't find anything particularly wrong - which I was pretty bummed about at first as I just wanted some answers. However they diagnosed me with irritable bowel syndrome (again) and said that it gets a lot worse with stress, and they put me on some new medication. 2 weeks later and I am feeling a lot better!! I've postponed uni for the moment and will go back to studying after the wedding, honestly I really wish I didn't have to go back at all but I am so close to finishing my degree it would be stupid not too.
The last 2 weeks have been really good, especially the last one, I have finally felt as though I am getting on top of things, I'm handling my stress well and have only have 1 anxiety attack, which in 2 weeks is very good for me.
Jamie and I have been having a lot of fun during this week, now that the house is organised and I have extra time now that I am not studying I have been 'rediscovering' Jamie - sounds silly but we have been having a lot of fun together and it feels really good to be able to do things he wants to do without having to say 'sorry I just have to finish this assignment' or something similar.
Here are a few photos of the last week.

Still Waiting

Last Sunday I had had enough of being in pain, waiting around at home for answers so Scott drove to me and munchkin to Broken Hill where my parents had driven to pick me up and brought me back to Adelaide. On Monday morning Mum took me into an emergency room, after several tests and an me feeling positive that they may actually do something to help me, they sent me home. I felt very devastated. Luckily the next day the gynecologists called and said they could get me in the next day for an appointment. The specialist booked me in for a laproscopy next Wednesday, though he doesn't think that the problem is gynecological, he wants to rule it out completely.
Since being in Adelaide the pain has been getting worse and I have started bleeding quite badly when I go to the toilet, very glad I came down here where I am closer to specialists and hospitals if it does suddenly get even worse.
Both Scott's family and my family have been incredibly good to both munchkin and me, keeping me comfortable and keeping munchkin entertained. I do however miss home and Scott very much. Scott is driving down on Tuesday night and will stay with me until at least Sunday.
I have a gastroenterologist appointment the following Monday and most likely I will go in for a colonoscopy on the Friday, so Scott will go back home for 3.5 days and then drive back to be with me again for that.
Everyone please cross their fingers for me, I am scared and I desperately want to know whats wrong so we can go back to our lives.
I've dropped Uni for the time being, which has taken some stress off of me and allowed me to relax some. It does mean an extra unit needs to be done in the future, but for now my health needs to come first.
To my beautiful friends back home, I miss you and I hope you are all doing well.
